We hold our meetings the third Saturday of alternate months ie. Jan, Mar, May
then Sep, Oct and Nov.
We meet at 1300 at the Royal Canadian Naval Association, Branch PEREGRINE, 2623
Agricola St, Halifax, Nova Scotia. There we have our own room designated as the
Wrens' Nest.
We usually have a barbecue at a member's home during the summer and a
Christmas luncheon. We take part in Battle of Atlantic ceremonies and lay a
floral anchor at the Sailors' Memorial in Point Pleasant Park. We also
visit the Domicile Vets in Camp Hill Veterans' Memorial Hospital.
Besides the members in the immediate Halifax/Dartmouth area we have several scattered throughout the province and a few loyal members in other provinces who manage to visit us once in awhile.
